Bluewave Communications Planned Maintenance Alert: Wednesday, March 8
On March 8, Bluewave Communications will be doing network maintenance. This work will be completed during maintenance hours between 12:00am to 5:00am and will cause service interruptions. TV Everywhere service that provides access for online and mobile viewing will continue to be available as an option during this time.
Once the upgrade is complete, Bluewave Communications set-top boxes will work as normal. To reestablish video connection, you may need to turn your set-top box off and back on.

Bluewave Communication's normal scheduled maintenance window is 12:00 am to 6:00 am Monday through Friday. In the event scheduled maintenance is necessary that will affect your service, Bluewave may notify you via phone, email, postal mail, or in the Maintenance Alert section of our website in advance of the outage. In the event of an outage, Bluewave Communication's liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service prorated over the term of the outage.
